Aegion is building the future of workplace automation through intelligent AI agents. We’re creating a new category of workforce solutions where companies can hire AI agents to handle specific job functions, starting as interns and evolving into full contributors within organizations.

What We Do

We develop specialized AI workforce agents that can be hired just like human employees. These agents integrate seamlessly into existing company workflows, have access to relevant company data and tools, and can perform 60-80% of the work typically done by human employees in specific roles.
